Oh hey there! I’m Carla, the Founder and the mastermind behind Details Made Simple, a multi-state wedding firm focusing solely on day-of wedding coordination. I started DMS initially to just exercise my love for weddings and to help assist brides and grooms with all their wedding details and execute them to perfection, and 10 years later here we are! I am so genuinely passionate about weddings, I still dream about them in my sleep to this day! I simply love the beautiful details, logistics, and all the pretty that goes along with them.

My wedding superpower is easily that I have an eye for the details – in fact, I’m OBSESSED with them – from the ceremony, reception, multicultural traditions, to the tiniest piece of sparkly decor placed just right. So, in my mind, it’s always about the details and they must be perfect, I’m a true Capricorn to the core! My clients appreciate my calm demeanor when under pressure, my quickness to tackle any challenges that may come up, and doing it all with a smile. 

As the owner of such a unique company, I hold myself and my amazing team of coordinators to the highest standards, exceeding every client’s expectations on a daily basis, this is not negotiable for me. Developing a personal relationship with each couple is the key to making each wedding perfect and memorable, and this is super important to us.

Oh, and I’m a professional taco eater – I’ve never met a taco I didn’t like. I’m a lover of Pugs and all their chubby cuteness. A total jet setter, searching for the next beach to visit when possible. Coffee is life and always puts a smile on my face from the first sip.
