The Very Important Bride (V.I.B.) Package is thoughtfully crafted for couples who want added support during the planning process, along with seamless coordination on the big day. We step in earlier to provide expert guidance, personalized advice, and the reassurance you need to stay on track – and stress-free – as you bring your wedding vision to life.
This enhanced package includes everything offered in our Peace of Mind Package, plus additional planning resources, extended services, and extra responsibilities taken on by your dedicated Wedding Day Coordinator to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

Securing a Wedding Day Coordinator is just as important as booking your other major vendors. Many of our couples reserve their date 6 to 12+ months in advance. While our packages officially begin at the 3- or 6-month mark, we provide monthly check-ins from the moment your contract is signed to keep everything on track and stress-free leading up to the big day.
At Details Made Simple, we specialize exclusively in wedding day coordination. While we don’t offer full-service planning or design services, our packages go far beyond just “day-of” support. We start working with our couples months in advance to create a customized timeline, confirm vendor details, and ensure every element is perfectly in place for a seamless wedding day. Our focus is making sure all your hard work planning the perfect wedding comes together flawlessly – ensuring every element is perfectly in place for a seamless wedding day.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle payments. For flexibility, we offer a payment plan with two installments: a retainer due upon signing the contract and the final payment 30 days before the event date.
If you prefer to pay in full, we offer a nice discount as an incentive to do so!
Yes, we carry both general and professional liability insurance and are happy to provide certificates of insurance to any venues we work with.
