Brittany was truly the best coordinator I could have asked for! She was so easy to get in touch with, answered all of my questions, and made sure every single detail was perfect. When you’re a bride planning a wedding for the first time, there are lots of things you overlook or don’t think about. As the day of coordinator, Brittany made sure I was able to plan our wedding how I wanted, but was always watching over to make sure things were perfectly executed.  I literally forgot to confirm our order for plates for my wedding….plates! She got the exact ones I wanted from the rental company that same morning and it was as if nothing happened.  I honestly can’t thank Brittany enough. She absolutely went above and beyond

Details Made Simple is phenomenal!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Noelie as my Day of Wedding Coordinator, and she was nothing short of amazing. Noelie was very involved from Day 1. She made sure to answer every email very quickly and she took the time to schedule calls will me, just to be sure that she was up to date on all of the wedding details. Even if I was just looking for a suggestion, Noelie was there to help me. Once the wedding day got closer, Noelie made sure to coordinate the arrival times with all of the vendors. She even created a schedule for the wedding day to ensure that everything went smoothly. On the day of my wedding, I was a complete mess, I was having a meltdown because I was so afraid that the wedding was not going to go as planned, and needless to say, Noelie took care of everything. All I had to do on my wedding day was relax. Planning a wedding in addition to working full time in NYC was completely exhausting and I would have been completely overwhelmed if I did not have Noelie by my side. I am so thankful that I found Details Made Simple and I am even more thankful that I was paired with Noelie. Noelie, I know that we have said this to you many times already, but Mike and I adore you and we will forever be thankful for everything that you did for us! Carla, thank you for having such a phenomenal business. If the rest of the ladies are anything like Noelie, I know that you and your team will always be successful. I can’t thank Details Made Simple enough!

Couldn’t have done it without her!

We worked with Carla as a day-of coordinator (Peace of Mind Package) for our wedding in August 2024. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. She started emailing me before the 3 month mark, and was always willing to provide advice and recommendations. Her coordination over the last month before the wedding made my life so much easier and I felt confident that she had things under control. On the day of the wedding, Carla was the MVP! She kept me calm, helped manage a large bridal party, and got us to where we needed to be for our church ceremony and then reception. She even solved a few fashion emergencies! She was instrumental in my day being so special and amazing. She spent time at the venue before our church to make sure everything was perfect and all vendors were accounted for. I will endlessly recommend DMS and Carla to anyone getting married!!!!

We worked with Brittany from Details Made Simple and we couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator! She was really on top of keeping up with all of the tasks that led up to the wedding. We really appreciated how she would follow up with us frequently to make sure that we stayed on track and kept her informed on what we needed help with and how she could be able to assist. The best part of working with her was her calmness throughout the entire process. It really put us at ease because it showed how she definitely did have everything under control. Brittany went above and beyond and helped us with small projects that brought our wedding to life. For example, she offered to create ceremony program fans for us which we at first did not consider doing because of the time they took to make. She made the suggestion, we bought the materials, she picked them up and created a lovely addition to our ceremony!

One other thing that we valued was that she kept our budget in mind when recommending vendors and services. This was very beneficial to us because although we weren’t on a super tight budget she still helped us save a lot of money that we otherwise would have spent on services and vendors who we weren’t sure about. She also met us in person several times to visit venues, discuss details, and offer any advice that we may have needed. This truly helped us build trust in our working relationship with her and made us feel extremely comfortable with her work. She is very reliable and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs that additional expert assistance/support throughout the wedding planning process as well as the day of!

Peace of Mind, and then some!!!

We worked with Ashley Bradshaw from Details Made Simple, and couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, detail-oriented coordinator. She was fantastic, from confirming all the DJ/tech requirements with the venue to picking up our dessert on the day of, to helping corral attendees during a very casual (and therefore very unstructured) reception event. She even helped fix the bride’s train throughout the night! Most important, however, was her attention to detail and the specific questions she brought up during our planning process really kept us in check! She thought of dozens of details that we would have missed until it was too late. I would highly recommend her and Details Made Simple!

Michelle was heaven-sent!

What can I truly say about my experience!?! Michelle was truly a godsend. From the moment we met, I knew she would understand what I envisioned and needed for my day. She helped so much leading up to my wedding day from her professional experience as a coordinator to her personal experience as a bride herself. She definitely talked me off the ledge a few times when the planning became stressful. On my wedding day, Michelle came in and got to work. She helped us keep our schedule on time and the wedding went off without a hitch. My family absolutely adored her. She was so good to us. We really wanted to make sure she was taken care of because she took such good care of us. I would recommend Michelle and Details Made Simple to anyone getting married that really just wants to enjoy their wedding day after months/years of planning. The anxiety will still be there but the stress isn’t. Michelle made sure of that. I love her so much. She’s truly the best. Thank you for making the start of my forever so beautiful.

OUTSTANDING doesn’t begin to capture Alex Williams!

She was my security blanket throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. I did not have a worry during the day. I’m convinced she cloned herself because every aspect of our beach wedding and reception at Joe’s was taken care of…perfectly. She epitomizes making details simple – a detail was not left out.
From the moment we met Alex, she gave us confidence in her knowledge of wedding planning and how to execute. She anticipated things we never would have thought of (that turned out to be some of the most important items that made the day).
She took time to understand our vision, learn about us, and our family. She asked the tough questions to uncover whether there were scenarios that should be avoided. More than anything, she made the process, which can be very stressful and overwhelming, fun.
We didn’t have a traditional wedding, which I know required way more work than normal. We had a beach wedding, so there was extra setup with chairs, flowers, music, etc. I didn’t even think about it as we were getting ready because I knew she was all over it. Not only were they setup beautifully, she rolled up her sleeves and helped with the breakdown in record time.
I’ll never forget waiting to walk down the aisle in the Sprinter…Alex somehow got the entire wedding party to the beach and down the aisle, and still managed to make it back to me alone in the sprinter to calm my nerves. She gave me a pep talk, guided me to the boardwalk, and said “this is your moment.” From that point on, every nerve was gone.
On top of it all, my Mom was able to relax and enjoy herself. If my Mom started to worry about a logistic or item, Alex would say, “Denise, you’re off the clock.” And we’d laugh and my Mom would exhale.
The way Alex anticipates things is remarkable. At the reception, I would turn to look for something and she was right there with my lipstick, a drink, food…whatever it was, she somehow was in my brain and new what I needed (probably before I even thought of it).
At the end of the night, somehow (well, not somehow, it was because of Alex) everything magically ended up back at our house. Not just back at the house, it was organized and meticulously placed. Alex made the details simple through her superpowers. She is superwoman and the ultimate wedding planner…and, now, friend. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true!

We were lucky enough to snag Daneska from DMS for our reception day in Brooklyn. We went with the “Peace of Mind” package as my wife and I are in the logistics and management business, but we knew we’d need the extra help day-of. The preparation work was straight forward enough; we had all of our vendors locked in and working with Daneska through the day’s schedule was helpful in making sure nothing had been overlooked. At every opportunity Daneska made sure to reiterate that our happiness was key and if it was important to us, it was important to her, which she exemplified time and time again throughout the preparation period. On the day of Daneska’s attentiveness and calming demeanor was the perfect fit for us. She was timely in showing up to collect items to bring to the venue and keeping eyes on the set up. We had a slight miscommunication with the venue about the family’s arrival, but with one call Daneska took care of the problem and what could have been a tricky situation was immediately resolved. Throughout the entire evening she was pulling strings and keeping everything on schedule all the while we were able to enjoy our evening with our guests, but she would still check in with us periodically to make sure nothing further was needed. And, of course, at the end of the night, all the items meant to go back to our hotel while we were still out celebrating made it back without issue. Without a doubt it was one of our best investments of the entire experience and I cannot imagine where we would have been without Daneska. DMS’s coordinators are worth their weight in gold and truly made my wife and I feel taken care of. Highly recommend their services and personnel.

From start to finish, she was a true professional—organized, responsive, and incredibly kind. Her attention to detail was exceptional ensuring that every aspect of our day ran smoothly and exactly as we envisioned. Sarah was always quick to respond to our questions and took a proactive approach checking in consistently leading up to our big day, offering excellent guidance and thoughtful solutions, making us feel completely at ease. Her calm and friendly demeanor made the entire planning process stress-free, and on the day of the wedding, she handled everything with grace and precision, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. Ashley and the DMS team helped us stay organized in the months beforehand, and took care of all the setup and take-down so we could fully immerse ourselves in the fun moments of our day.
